Le Pan TC1020 Help And Discussion / I have lost all sound!
« on: April 03, 2017, 12:27:42 AM »
I've lost all sound on the tablet except the buzzing when I type. Not clicking just an annoying vibration even though that isn't checked. Now can't play the games right! I've tried ti reboot I think bout nothing works. Checked my apps and nothing there. I need this to work.  It doesn't appear to be charging either. HELP!!

I have 2 other LePan tablets. One is also an 8". My other tablets have the bookmarks in list format not in website format. I prefer the list. How do I get that back? I did import them from these tablets. Thanks! Debby

Le Pan Android OS / How do I get the sounds to stop?
« on: October 12, 2016, 01:07:11 AM »
I keep getting sounds about every 30 mins or so. I've turned off what I can, removed a bunch of games. Don't have an Outlook acct. Although they say it's trying to log in. This started yesterday for no reason. Help please it's driving me crazy!

And if I close the pop up then my key board changes! This has happened several times today. I remove the keyboard and a while later it pops back up. I went into languages, etc. And can't select any keyboard at all. Have I been hacked? I hate this keyboard because it is very pale and not crisp like my previous one! HELP!

Le Pan TC1020 Help And Discussion / The built in on screen keyboard

Where is it? I was using it but by accident updated the google keyboard which I dont like and now I can't get back to the other one. Help!

Yes, but certain of my programs require a flash program so then what? Why can't they make them secure? I added Photon to use just when I need a flash player otherwise I'm sticking with Chrome. What about Chrome remembering your passwords and usernames? Thanks for the help! Debby

I'm using Chrome as my browser because it seems easy enough. Do I just add Photon or some other browser to use when the plugin thing comes up? I miss IE so much and MSN, but I love my tablet! I don't even use my desktop anymore.

But I need a flash player to work on some programs and games. How do we pressure adobe to allow android back in? Thanks! Debby

I'm trying to use a  card making program and it says that "this plugin isn't enabled" or something like that. I have Adobe reader in so what else do I need. I'm using Chrome as my browser and I have the TC 1020 and also a mini. I love this tablet and the help this forum gives those of us who are less tech savvy. Thanks! Debby  :'(

The price is great now with the added features of Accidental Damage for a year and also Tech Support for a year. Hopefully it isn't their Tech Support because LePan's tech support isn't good.

But what about those of us who bought this 8" tablet in July for more money with less additions?. QVC wasn't planning to bring it back but I guess the customers demanded it. Luckily we have until 1/31 to return our used one and buy this newer one.

I have the TC1020 and love it. I do get 100% when I charge it sometimes, but who really cares. Then lower percentages are only equal to a few minutes in battery life anyway! I purchased 2 different elapdesks to make. Sitting more comfortable, especially in bed. Who needs a laptop?

The only thing I wish was that I could use it more on the go- but TMobile won't accept it on their system because it's  WIFI?

Le Pan TC1020 Help And Discussion / Re: Returning this unit to QVC

Why are you returning it. I bought a second from Qvc when I thought this one wasn't working right, only to find out the new one acted the same. I just sent back my 8" ones so will wait to return my second tc1020. I love this one so far!

Chrome is using the most battery now, what should I do? Also I usually out my tablet all the way off at night and again I didnt get a green light, but I did the first times I charged it? Also my husband says its better to let the battery drain down before recharging, is that correct? Thanks in advance!

I just purchased 2 from Qvc and both have screen protective film on them. The first one came with an obvious area to remove the screen protection, but the second one didn't. I'm only keeping one if I can just get the issues sorted out! I think it may be my outlets! Hope this helps! Debby

I used the OEM charger last night and when I woke up there was no green light to let me know it was charged. I bought a second identical tablet and it showed a green light after charging. Does the green light go off after a while? Thanks

I did look in the user guide but this wasn't covered, of course!

JohnA2u, you said if I don't connect to WiFi periodically, then it will take time to update? I'm usually connected to WiFi but read that you shouldn't allow auto updates as that could waste the battery?

So should I go back to auto updates of apps, etc. and/or leave airplane mode? I play a lot of games and it seems to save the battery and keep it cooler!

Le Pan TC1020 Help And Discussion / Re: RAVPower wall charger
« on: November 25, 2014, 12:48:27 PM »
VillaRegina, hi, this is Debby. I have the Ravpower thing in white, by choice. If you go to, they sell it in black and white. I bought white to better blend in with the walls. Its about $10.00 . I hope this helps! Debby
