Parents trying to return a Le Pan S - need original Receipt?
« on: December 15, 2014, 09:39:56 AM »
My parents own a Le Pan S that I purchased from Wal-Mart two years ago.  Dec. 2012.  Last Dec. 2013 they returned the Le Pan S because it would not change.  They have the email saying they returned it and were issued a refurb.  The Le Pan S is not charging again.  They contacted support but they need the original Receipt or packing list from two years ago which cannot be found.

Does anyone have a suggestion?  Last year support said to keep the support ticket and email about the refurb for future support.

Thanks

Walmart might be able to pull and print another receipt.

Hi bjy... I have been wracking my brain trying to find an answer for you... who are you actually dealing with that wants the receipt? Le Pan or Square Trade or Walmart or some other company?

It was Le Pan directly but ended up being a month out of warranty.  Now it is just a paper weight.  I may try to take it apart sometime in the future.
