HELP! tablet stuck in a bootloop

Im new here

I have a tablet Lepan TC802A and I need re-flash a clean firmware
the Android Operating System is corrupted.

I found this procedure for do it

Where can I get the ROM/FIRMWARE for this model of tablet (mediatek mt8125)

I have the same problem.  The android figure is stuck on the screen with the spinning ball.  I have tried to reboot, ect. and my PC doesn't even recognize it.  Can I download Jelly Bean 4.2.2 to a SD card and reinstall that way?

The tablet LePan is the same than the gigaset qv830 ...
I used SP flash tool (without Preloader) and tablet must be recognized like "Preloader VCOM"
